Our team of highly skilled Care Assistants provide care and support to our clients users in their own homes. This empowers our clients to live independently whilst maintaining consistency and routine in their day-to-day lives. This type of care can also provide respite for family & friends as we take on the responsibility of daily tasks and reassure them they are delivered to a high standard.

Supported Living
Advance Care also provides services individuals in supported living environments. These services focus on promoting independence whilst providing support & guidance.

Companionship & emotional support
Companionship
This type of care can be provided in various settings, whether in our clients’ own homes or in external settings.
Our Care Assistants provide company and emotional support to our clients which can help reduce the incidence & impact of loneliness, provide respite for family & friends and often leads to much better long-term outcomes and overall wellbeing.
Examples of our companionship care services includes:
“Sits” – Extended home visits with a minimum 2 hour duration
Assisting with & getting involved in hobbies.
Transport for day trips, family visits, religious services etc.
Accompanying clients to & from appointments
