At Advanced Care, we offer supported living services designed to promote independence and empower the people we support whilst enhancing their health and well-being. We provide supported living for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental ill health. Our person-centred approach ensures that each individual receives the care and support they need to lead fulfilling lives within their own homes and communities.

We understand that each individual has unique needs and preferences. Our support is flexible and tailored to empower individuals to make choices about:

By focusing on personal goals and outcomes, we help individuals build confidence and skills to live as independently as possible with our teams supporting them.

Community Integration

Supported living is more than just a home, it is about being an active member of the community. We assist individuals in accessing local services, participating in social activities, and building meaningful relationships, promoting inclusion and a sense of belonging.
